Description
The thickness of the Wound Hydrogel Dressing was 1.6 mm ± 0.6 mm.
The hydrogel dressing have a composite structure, consists of 5 layers:
The first layer is transparent PU film which is made of polyurethane and mainly make the dressing waterproof and breathable;
The second layer is hydrogel layer, the material is a polymer made of acrylate and purified water;
The third layer is Polythene (PE) grid film, which is made of polyethylene. The function is to provide enough physical strength for the dressing;
The fourth layer is also a hydrogel layer, the material is also a polymer made of acrylate and purified water; it is the layer of direct contact with the wound;
The fifth (bottom) layer is isolation paper, the material is paper coated with silicon oil on the surface. The function is to prevent the dressing adhesion. The isolation paper will be removed when use the dressing.

Indications
Wound hydrogel dressings are mainly used for surgical or wound coverage, to keep the wound moist, to absorb wound exudates, and to contact the skin epidermis.

The use information
a) Clear the wound with saline water, when the wound around is dried, select the size of the dressing for the wound size, dressing should be able to completely cover the wound.
b) Remove the release film / paper of dressing, the dressing directly covered to the wound.
c) Stick dressing with secondary dressing such as gauze or self-adhesive tape.
d) Dressing application process, should be based on the level of wound exudate dressings to determine the replacement frequency, when the wound exudate is more, it should be replaced; when the exudate is less or no exudate, don't need to be replaced, the wound hydrogel dressing single use time not more than 7 days, continuous use time not more than 30 days.
